**Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed patient consultations and diagnosis based on Ayurvedic principles (Prakriti, Dosha, etc.)
- Create and supervise personalized treatment plans and dietary guidelines
- Guide the therapist team in treatment procedures
- Ensure quality and safety in therapy execution
- Educate patients about lifestyle modifications and preventive care
- Maintain patient records and progress charts
- must know mallyalam and kannada language
- Collaborate with the center manager for wellness package planning and health camps

**Qualifications**
- BAMS degree (MD Ayurveda preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Ayurvedic diagnosis and therapy planning
- Strong knowledge of Panchakarma, rejuvenation, and detox therapies
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
- Willingness to work in a luxury wellness environment

**Job Title: Ayurvedic Therapist (Female)**

**Location**: Kairalii Ayurveda Centre Manthan, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
**Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform Ayurvedic treatments such as **Abhyangam, Shirodhara, Potli massage, Udwarthanam, Janu Basti, Njavara Theppu**, and others as per doctor’s guidance
- Prepare treatment areas and Ayurvedic oils, powders, and herbal decoctions before each session
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols during and after therapies
- Assist doctors in pre
- and post-therapy care, including patient preparation and feedback collection
- Ensure patients feel comfortable, respected, and cared for throughout their healing journey
- Record therapy details and report patient responses for follow-up care

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Ayurvedic therapy or Panchakarma
- Certificate or diploma in Ayurvedic therapy (preferred)
- Pleasant demeanor with good communication and patient-handling skills
- Commitment to high standards of hygiene and service
- Ability to work as part of a coordinated team under doctor supervision
