Teaching Experience: Significant experience in teaching at the college or university level, preferably with a B.Ed. programs. A minimum of 6-7 years of teaching experience is often expected.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse and interpret various data sets related to educational quality and accreditation standards.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, documentation, and interacting with stakeholders.

Research Aptitude: An inclination towards educational research and publication in reputed journals.

Professional Development: Continuous engagement in professional development activities, workshops, seminars, and conferences related to education and quality assurance
