Telecaller Job Description:
The primary job responsibility is to promote the company's products or services & generate leads.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing customers.
- Provide information about the company's products or services to the customers.
- Answer customer questions and address concerns or objections.
- Generate leads by identifying potential customers and gathering their contact information.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.

A telecaller should also have good knowledge of IT courses and training, possess excellent communication skills, be persuasive and convincing, have a friendly and positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
