**Accounts Executive**
We are looking for a bright, well organized, diligent accounts executive for our Accounts team.

Your responsibilities would include:

- ** Maintaining Accounting Records/Bookkeeping**

Maintain all incoming and outgoing records. Responsibilities include deposit and rent collection; payments for vendors, association maintenance, utility bills across all properties; manage petty cash; update financial dashboards; generate rent receipts. Manage rental and deposit payments.
- ** Collections**

Calling & collecting rents from defaulters. Sending field executives to their houses for collections.
- ** Tracking Statutory Payments**

Ensure that TDS, GST payments are made in a timely manner and the same is filed.
- ** Documentation/taxes**

Track all property tax payments, khata/Bescom transfers, etc.
- ** Petty Cash & Vendor Accounts handling**

**Requirements**:

- Sound knowledge of how to compute tax liability & ascertain service tax liability, preparing tax challans, filing service tax/TDS, etc
- Pleasant personality, confident and well-spoken individual. Excellent written and spoken communication.
