Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling Production of yarn dyeing on both hank dyeing and HTHP cheese dyeing machines.

Machine wise planning as per capacity and priority to ensure 100% utilization of resources.

Maintenance of the Inventory - dyes, chemicals and stationery.

Taking care of Quality checks of the dyed yarn, shade approval of yarn

Taking care of machine maintenance with monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly maintenance with co-ordination of Maintenance team. Taking care of spare parts inventory.

Regular training of the workmen and supervisory staff on quality issues

Ensuring necessary team availability all the time.

Handled shade matching in lab and dyeing.

Co-ordination with Planning for the program and quality control dept. for testing of fastness properties

Taking care of testing of Rubbing, washing, Light and Perspiration fastness

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
