Title: Cashier with Excellent Communication Skills for Bar and Restaurant (Petpooja Billing Software Experience) - Jaipur

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Petpooja billing software.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment in a secure manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the workplace.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cashier in a bar or restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Petpooja billing software or similar POS systems.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-centric mindset.
- Knowledge of food and beverage items is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Must be legally eligible to work in India.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
