**1. Administrative Leadership**
- Oversee the entire nursing services of the hospital.
- Plan, organize, and supervise nursing staff schedules and assignments.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and approve duty rosters.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative departments for smooth hospital operations.
**2. Clinical Supervision & Quality Care**
- Monitor and maintain high standards of patient care.
- Supervise nursing practices to ensure adherence to clinical protocols and hospital policies.
- Implement and monitor infection control measures.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess the performance and conduct of nursing staff.
**3. Staff Management and Development**
- Recruit, orient, and train new nursing staff in collaboration with HR and nursing educators.
- Evaluate the performance of nursing personnel and initiate disciplinary or corrective actions when necessary.
- Identify training needs and arrange in-service education programs and workshops.
- Promote a positive working environment and resolve conflicts.
**4. Educational Coordination**
- Collaborate with nursing colleges for student training and clinical postings.
- Facilitate teaching-learning activities for nursing students within the hospital.
- Monitor student performance and provide feedback to faculty.
- Ensure clinical facilities and mentorship support are available for trainees.
**5. Policy Implementation and Compliance**
- Enforce hospital policies, nursing protocols, and accreditation standards (e.g., NABH, JCI).
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in nursing practices.
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits and inspections.
**6. Inventory and Resource Management**
- Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of nursing equipment and supplies.
- Oversee procurement, storage, and utilization of nursing-related materials.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports related to nursing administration.
**7. Emergency and Crisis Management**
- Lead the nursing team during medical emergencies or disasters.
- Organize training and mock drills for disaster preparedness.
**8. Reporting and Documentation**
- Maintain records of nursing staff attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions.
- Submit reports to the Medical Superintendent or Director as required.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making meetings.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
