Be the Lead Designer for a set of Kayapalat customers, from the first meeting to order booking to design finalization
- Collaborate with the customer, understand their requirements, and give them the best design solution for their home, including but not limited to, quoting, detailed designing and getting production drawings ready for manufacturing.
- Focus on, prioritise and execute multiple design projects.

Analyse sales reports, project TAT and customer satisfaction

Skills Required:

- Minimum - 2 year Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture from a reputed Institution.
- Must have Site Experience (should be confident that proposed designs can be installed with minimum hassle at site).
- Must be customer-centric in providing solutions - proposed designs should be highly functional and great on aesthetics, still keeping in mind the customer’s budget.
- Exposure to residential projects is mandatory.
- Google Sketchup software knowledge.
- Strong communication skills - Both verbal and written communication skills to be able to construct and defend ideas / designs / pricing. Communication in English mandatory and the local language is also desirable.

Conceptualization: Developing initial design concepts and sketches in 2D format to present ideas to clients and stakeholders.

Space Planning: Creating floor plans and layout designs to optimize the functionality and flow of interior spaces.

Material and Finish Selection: Choosing appropriate materials, finishes, colors, and textures for various interior elements such as walls, floors, ceilings, furniture, and fixtures.

Furniture and Fixture Design: Designing custom furniture pieces and fixtures or selecting ready-made options that complement the overall design aesthetic.

Lighting Design: Planning and specifying lighting fixtures and layouts to enhance the ambiance and functionality of interior spaces.

2D Drafting: Producing detailed 2D drawings, elevations, and construction documents for contractors and builders to follow during the implementation phase.

3D Modeling: Using 3D modeling software to create realistic representations of interior spaces, including furniture, accessories, and lighting, to help clients visualize the final design.

Rendering and Visualization: Generating high-quality renderings and visualizations of 3D models to present design concepts to clients, often including photorealistic images and virtual tours.

Client Collaboration: Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback, and incorporating them into the design process.

Project Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, including coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure designs are implemented according to specifications and timelines.

Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Estimating project costs, preparing budgets, and tracking expenses to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
