Generating sales: Making cold calls to active or old clients, and generating leads. Following up: Following up with customers to provide new products or services, and documenting customer feedback. Maintaining databases: Keeping the customer database maintained and updated. Recording sales calls: Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information. Handling grievances: Preserving the company's reputation by handling grievances. Some skills and qualifications that are useful for a telecaller include: -Strong communication skills -Negotiation skills -Research skills -Good interpersonal skills -Good listening skills -Customer handling skills -Ability to handle pressure
