**The Opportunity**: As our Creative Architect, you'll be at the forefront of conceptualizing and developing cutting-edge designs for a variety of commercial projects. You'll collaborate closely with clients, translating their needs into innovative, functional, and aesthetically stunning spaces. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented and imaginative architect looking to leave their mark.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Design Leadership**: Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring unique and impactful solutions for commercial interiors.
- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their brand, vision, and functional requirements.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software.
- **Material & Finishes Expertise**: Select and specify high-quality materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting to enhance design aesthetics and functionality.
- **Project Oversight**: Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and align with project goals and timelines.
- **Trend Savvy**: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in commercial interiors.

**What You Bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- **Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience** in designing **commercial projects** (offices, retail, hospitality, etc.).
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- A compelling portfolio showcasing your creative commercial design work.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- **Immediate availability** to join our team.
