We are currently seeking a highly-skilled and ambitious Digital Marketing Executive. This individual will play a key role in enhancing our brand's online presence, increasing visibility, generating leads, and creating engaging content in both Malayalam and English.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage effective digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive online visibility, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Identify potential business owners who would benefit from our business coaching services, using analytical tools and techniques.
- Implement and optimize marketing strategies to ensure the maximum ROI on digital marketing efforts.
- Manage content creation for all our digital platforms in Malayalam and English, ensuring that the content is engaging, informative, and promotes our brand and services effectively.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and report findings to senior management.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and potential new channels to keep our brand at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1or 2 years experience as DME
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on strategies and tactics for improving online visibility and lead generation.
- Exceptional knowledge of various digital marketing platforms and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and use complex data to drive decisions and strategies.
- **Fluent in both Malayalam and English, with exceptional communication and content creation skills.**:

- A creative mind, capable of designing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹10,154.93 - ₹25,000.00 per month
