- Full-Time: 3:00pm - 11:00pm

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Review and Moderate Content: Analyse and evaluate user-generated or published content for compliance with company policies, community standards, and legal guidelines.
- Flag and Escalate Issues: Identify inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain Platform Integrity: Ensure content aligns with the company's values, tone, and quality benchmarks, protecting the brand reputation.
- Provide Feedback: Collaborate with content creators and contributors to improve content quality and adherence to standards.
- Monitor Trends: Stay informed about emerging trends and issues in content moderation and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Maintain Logs and Reports: Keep detailed records of reviewed content, flagged items, and actions taken for compliance and improvement analysis.
- Support Content Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine content strategies based on user feedback and moderation insights.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Must have access to and work on your own laptop.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to assess content for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with online community guidelines and industry-standard content policies.
- Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
- Organisational and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of content efficiently.
- Proficient in using content management tools and moderation software.
