**Job Title: Company Trend and Page Tracker Executive** (Female)

**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Role Overview**

The Company Trend and Page Tracker Executive will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on industry trends, competitor activities, and company page performance across various online platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behaviors, and market dynamics through research, analysis, and monitoring of relevant sources.

2. Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular assessments of competitor activities, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and social media engagement, to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.

3. Page Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of company pages on social media platforms, websites, and other online channels, tracking key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

4. Data Analysis: Analyze data collected from trend monitoring and page tracking activities to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities for optimization.

5.Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations for company stakeholders, including senior management, marketing teams, and product development teams.

6. Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and initiatives based on insights gleaned from trend analysis and page tracking activities.

7. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine tracking methods, tools, and processes to ensure accuracy, relevance, and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- 12th or Bachelor's degree** in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trend analysis, market research, or competitive intelligence, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and social media analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision in data collection and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
