Performs financial analyses including budgeting, trend analysis, forecasting, correcting, and financial modeling.
- Managing the requisition process, supporting cost benefit analysis, creation of the requisition IDs and managing the req process end to end.
- Managing the HC report and requisitions report including attrition analysis etc on a regular basis.
- Develops recommendations from information and results; considers and conducts additional analyses as appropriate.
- Assists in developing financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.
- Works on tools like SharePoint for designing, preparing and reviewing reports.
- Understands the end to end requisition process and provide support to the business on the same.
- Good experience on HC planning, analysis and reporting on a regular interval.
- Performs regular reporting for the business by handling the sensitive data.
- Develops executive reports using database structures and end user interfaces to provide information to the appropriate personnel as needed.
- Develops and maintains financial models.
- Maintains integrity of accounting and budgeting software systems by checking for errors and inconsistencies.
- Works with multiple stakeholder helping them solve their business problems.
- Coordinates and facilitates meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
- Participates in technical reviews and inspections to verify 'intent of change' is carried through the entire project.
- Provides time estimates for project related tasks.

**Key Criteria**
- Graduation or post-graduation in the area of business administration, finance or economics or related field preferred
- Eight or more years of Finance / Business analytics and Decision Support experience
- Experience in working with global teams and implemented programs across different delivery locations / centers
- Work experience in F&A or Banking or Healthcare/Insurance sector and service industry process is must
- Strong business and data analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 8 plus years of work experience working in MNCs (finance domain)
