We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in driving sales for our real estate and villa projects by managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing. You will be the primary point of contact for potential clients, building relationships, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our offerings. You will also act as a crucial bridge between the client and Bequa Builders, ensuring smooth communication and a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Meetings and Presentations**: Conduct property tours, presentations, and meetings with potential clients to showcase our villa projects and their features.
- **Needs Analysis and Consultation**: Understand client requirements, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable properties and tailor presentations accordingly.
- **Convincing and Persuasion**: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our projects, addressing client concerns and building confidence in their investment.
- **Sales Closing**: Guide clients through the sales process, including paperwork, negotiations, and finalization of agreements.
- **Negotiation**: Skillfully negotiate pricing and terms with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring customer satisfaction and generating referrals.
- **Liaison between Bequa Builders and Clients**: Act as a key communication link between Bequa Builders and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication on all matters related to the purchase. This includes relaying client feedback, addressing concerns, and coordinating with internal teams (e.g., construction, legal).
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and other relevant information.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
