**Job Summary**:
Looking for a Semi Qualified Charted Accountant (CA Inter) with the ability to handle matters of our clients across various Industries.

**Key Area Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the tax department to ensure performance of tax planning, client interaction on all the ongoing projects.
- Collaborate within the Team and Clients on tax preparation and planning.
- Represent clients with IRS, State, or other audits.
- Review completed tax forms and provided recommendations to team members of our team when needed.
- Research and resolve tax and accounting issues affecting the client’s firms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and exceptional service.
- Should be able to handle GST related matters.
- Participating in Company Financial Audits (internal, statutory, management's audits).
- Reviewing Company law matters.
- Drafting of Replies for notices received from various tax authorities.

**Desired skills**:

- CA (Foundation) or CA (Inter).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required. (Nice to have Masters).
- 1-3 years’ experience in public accounting.
- In-depth tax knowledge at the local, state, and central tax acts.
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sound knowledge of the document review.
- Knowledge of litigation management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PPT).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
