We are a Global DMC helping Travel Agents in India connect with travel service providers worldwide through an online interface. We have been working in Indian Tourism Industry since 2007. An Indian army veteran established the company as a proprietor firm. The company operated as a travel agency serving domestic,inbound and outbound tourism and became a Private Limited Company in 2012. The period of 05 years highlighted a gap of dependency of travel agents on the larger travel service providers. This experience leads to the inception of a solution that can empower travel agents across India and make them more independent. To convert the idea into fruitful action, there was a dire need for a seasoned industry practitioner who can understand travel agent's needs next door andimplement larger tourism companies' functioning. The year 2020 brings forth an agent of change who converted the idea into a real-time solution empowered with technology for travel agents across India. SWT Club

**Job description**

Process all types of visa processing e.g US, Canada, UK, Schengen, Dubai, China, etc
- Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas
- Book reservation (hotel, flight, tour)
- Provide content for social media
- Keeping product and brand knowledge up to date whilst having in-depth knowledge of the company brochure
- Keeping clients up to date with any changes
- Dealing with complaints

Training and Knowledge
- Good written and oral English language skills
- Good PC skills include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet

**Requirements**:

- Maintain Client base (Existing & New)
- Maintain and Upgrade Service quality
- Maintain data base and records
- Maintain clients by your Excellent Services, Client Relationship and Interpersonal skills
- Maintain company standard as a team player by contribution contribution of your Expertise, skills, and Etiquette Perform Other Duties Assigned as per the company protocol.
- 0-2 years work experience with a role in supervisory experience.
- With ability to work under pressure and to short lead times and working on own initiatives.
