**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute landscape designs as per site requirements
- Select appropriate plants, shrubs, and trees for aesthetic and climatic suitability
- Supervise planting, irrigation, fertilization, and maintenance schedules
- Inspect site conditions regularly and ensure plant health and soil quality
- Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and landscape designers
- Train and manage gardening staff and laborers
- Maintain documentation for plantation, pesticide usage, and plant care

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in landscape and horticulture
- Educational background in Horticulture, Botany, or related field
- Knowledge of plant species, soil types, and garden maintenance equipment
- Experience working at high-end residential or commercial landscaping projects preferred
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
- Good communication and team coordination skills
