**Role Title: Jr. Legal Officer**

**Role Objective: To assist the senior in all legal matters**

**Reports to: Sr. Legal Officer**

**Location: Kolkata**

**Department: Legal**

**Grade: S2**

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- **Drafting of various legal documents, petitions, legal notices, letters, replies etc.**:

- **Legal compliances which includes statutory compliances.**:

- **Liaison with various Govt. officials.**:

- **Maintaining MIS and keeping records updated.**:

- **Attending hearing on behalf of the Management in the Labor Court.**:

- **Assisting his senior in all the matters.**:

- **Proper filling of the documents.**

- Good Inter personnel Skills.
- Sound knowledge of Computer.
- Updated in recent judgments.

**Relevant Experience**

**4-6 yrs.**

CTC : Upto 5-6LPA

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
