Job Title: Overseas Recruiter

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with hiring managers and overseas clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal requirements related to overseas recruitment.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as HR, legal, and compliance, to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in international recruitment, preferably in a similar role.

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws, both domestically and internationally.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Proficiency in using recruitment software and online sourcing tools.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.

Fluency in additional languages, especially those relevant to the target recruitment regions, is a plus

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
