**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Inspection**:

- Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Use various measurement tools and equipment to test product characteristics.
- **Testing and Analysis**:

- Perform routine and non-routine tests on products to validate their quality and performance.
- Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports on findings.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
- Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- **Issue Identification**:

- Identify defects, non-conformities, or deviations from quality standards.
- Work with production and engineering teams to investigate and resolve quality issues.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control procedures and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry standards.
- **Training**:

- Provide training and support to production staff on quality control procedures and practices.
- Assist in the development of training materials and programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing].
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using measurement and testing equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
