TCG Hospitality is a leading hospitality consulting and management firm specializing in brand development, restaurant management, and digital marketing. We work with premium hospitality brands to enhance their online presence and drive customer engagement.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute **engaging content strategies** for multiple hospitality brands.
- Create high-quality **visual and written content** for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Plan and schedule content calendars for optimal audience engagement.
- Work on **short-form video content** (Reels, Stories, Shorts) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage paid campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, hospitality industry insights, and competitor activities.
- Engage with audiences, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and digital marketing teams to enhance content quality.
- Develop monthly reports showcasing content performance, growth analytics, and ROI.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in social media content creation, preferably in the **hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle sector.**:

- Proven ability to **grow brands on social media** with creative strategies.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills.
- Proficiency in **Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing tools.**:

- Hands-on experience in running **Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Ads.**:

- Ability to create both **photo and video content** tailored to different platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of **social media insights and analytics tools.**:

- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.

**Application Process**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
