What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment projects, including process improvement initiatives, system implementations, and operational enhancements.
- Drive change management initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in recruitment efforts and project implementations.- Support recruitment operations, including process design, metrics analysis, and system enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition Operations.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
**Required Skills and Abilities**:

- Moderate to extensive experience in recruitment, with a focus on end-to-end talent acquisition and project management.
- Proven experience in driving change management initiatives within a recruitment context.
- Robust global coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across different regions.- Experience in supporting recruiting operations, including process design, metrics analysis, and system enhancements.
