**Position Overview**: The Hostess at F TV Lounge & Club, Hotel Chenthur Park, Coimbatore, serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless seating arrangements. This role involves managing reservations, guiding guests to their tables, and supporting the waitstaff to provide exceptional dining experiences aligned with the luxurious Fashion TV brand.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities:1. Guest Reception and Seating**:

- Greet guests warmly and provide a glamorous Fashion TV-style welcome.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently, ensuring mínimal wait times.
- Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and introducing their server.

**2. Customer Service and Guest Satisfaction**:

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
- Maintain a positive and vibrant atmosphere throughout the lounge and club.

**3. Communication and Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the waitstaff and bartenders to ensure smooth service flow.
- Communicate special guest requests, dietary restrictions, or celebrations to the team.

**4. Cleanliness and Ambience Maintenance**:

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the entrance, lobby, and dining area.
- Monitor the ambiance, including lighting, music volume, and overall atmosphere.

**5. Brand Representation and Service Excellence**:

- Maintain a polished appearance, embodying the elegance of the Fashion TV brand.
- Uphold brand standards by providing luxurious and memorable guest experiences.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a hostess or in a guest-facing role in a high-end lounge or restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
