**Responsibilities**
- Play a significant role in the growth of the organisation through sales.
- Work on recruiting students for overseas institutes around the world.
- Work on dealing with the students / parents and institutes.
- Advice on the options available, so as to enable the student & their family make an educated & the right decision.
- Counseling the students over phone and in person.

**Requirements**:

- Any bachelor's degree
- Strong English & Hindi communication skills, written and oral
- Ability to meet targets
- Work Experience - Freshers can apply
- Highly motivated to achieve personal and professional goals
- Travelling time should be less than 45 mins to the office.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
