**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or contact lists.
- Present and promote company products/services clearly and effectively.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries or issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and prospects in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve sales strategies.
- Handle customer objections and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- 1-2 years of experience in inbound and outbound sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and resilience in handling rejection.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience with lead generation and sales conversion techniques.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and customer service best practices.
- Multilingual abilities can be an advantage depending on the target market.

**Salary**:₹300,000 to ₹480,000 per annum, based on experience and performance.
