RapidGrow Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. is committed to promoting financial inclusion and empowering communities by providing accessible and ethical financial services. We are expanding our outreach and seeking energetic **Telecaller Executives** to join our member engagement and sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential members and explain our financial services
- Promote savings plans, recurring deposit (RD), fixed deposit (FD), and loan schemes
- Follow up with leads, schedule appointments for field staff if needed
- Maintain call records and update CRM/member register
- Resolve queries politely and professionally
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversions

**Key Skills Required**:

- Fluent in **Telugu** and **basic Hindi/English**:

- Confident communication and persuasive skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
- Target-driven, disciplined, and self-motivated

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers can apply)
- Age: 18-35 years
- Gender: Male/Female
