As a Junior Designer at Karabi Studio, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Designers to develop innovative and compelling designs tailored to meet our clients' specific requirements. Your creativity and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in contributing to the creation of exceptional design solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding project requirements and conceptualizing design ideas. **Utilizing various techniques to create drawings, design presentations, and specifications. ** Pitching creative concepts and ideas to the team and clients. **Collaborating effectively with team members on various projects. ** Taking on design tasks and responsibilities as assigned. **Incorporating feedback from senior designers and team members to continuously improve designs.**

Requirements and Skills:

- Up to 2 years of experience as a Junior Product/Interior Designer, with a preference for experience in Hospitality Design.
- Proficiency in interior design software such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, and Photoshop, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage time and multitask effectively.
- Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving aptitude.
- A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Familiarity with materials and knowledge of local and national suppliers.
- Ability to take ownership of work independently and demonstrate a sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
- Capable of independently creating full design concepts based on the principal designer’s vision and brief.
- Proficient in preparing presentations for clients, including mood boards, material library organization, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and delivery schedules.
- Proactive in researching new products and materials.
- Ability to maintain and organize data and files effectively.
