**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations at the crusher site
- Maintain records of manpower, materials, vehicle movement, and attendance
- Coordinate with the head office for payroll, compliance, and documentation
- Handle purchase bills, delivery challans, and petty cash management
- Ensure site facilities (water, electricity, stationery, etc.) are well maintained
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and suppliers as required
- Monitor stock of spares, diesel, lubricants, and office supplies
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline; preference to B.Com/BBA
- Knowledge of local language (Kannada) is essential
- Familiar with crusher or mining industry operations preferred
- Strong coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills
**Salary**: Based on experience and suitability
**Joining**: Immediate or within 15 days
