**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum.
- Use innovative teaching methods to enhance language skills, including grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and creative writing.
- **Student Development**:

- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and interactive activities.
- Provide personalized feedback and support to help students achieve academic goals.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Encourage active participation and critical thinking.
- **Co-Curricular Involvement**:

- Organize literary activities such as debates, elocutions, and essay writing competitions.
- Mentor students for inter-school and intra-school English-related events.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Prepare lesson plans, progress reports, and maintain accurate records of student performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- B.Ed. degree or equivalent teacher training certification.
- Prior teaching experience as preferably in a CBSE school.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
