Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understairing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Market Research: Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends in the IT industry, including salary benchmarks and emerging technologies.Required Skills & Qualifications:
**Experience**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically for domestic markets.
Knowledge of IT Roles: Familiarity with technical roles like software developers, data analysts, IT support, DevOps, etc.
Sourcing Expertise: Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and other job portals.
Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate compensation and other employment terms.
Time Management: Ability to handle multiple job openings at once and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in ATS: Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems to manage the recruitment process.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
