Position: Content Marketing Specialist

Location: Pune, WFO

Role Overview:
As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in creating, managing, and optimizing content across various channels to drive engagement and support our marketing goals. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, design, and product teams to ensure that our content is both compelling and effective in reaching our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

- SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search rankings.
- Content Strategy: Assist in developing and executing content strategies that support lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Social Media Management: Plan and execute social media content across platforms to engage with our audience and promote our products/services.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including design, product, and sales to ensure content alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Content Calendar: Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing and timely updates.

Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) like Webflow.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
