- **EPBX (Electronic Private Branch Exchange)**: Experience in managing multi-line phone systems to answer, transfer, and forward calls efficiently.
- **Front Desk Operations**: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- **Telephone Management**: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, ensuring that all inquiries are handled promptly and accurately.
- **Visitor Management**: Maintain visitor logs and ensure that all guests are directed to the appropriate staff member or department.
- **Client Assistance**: Provide information to clients regarding services, travel packages, and general queries.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage appointment bookings for clients and staff, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.
- **Mail & Correspondence**: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other communications, distributing them to the appropriate departments.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in maintaining office supplies, managing calendars, and supporting the team with clerical tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:
