**Job Overview**

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Solar Energy Consultant** to join our team. The consultant will play a key role in driving sales and providing expert advice to customers interested in transitioning to solar energy. This role requires exceptional communication skills, technical knowledge of solar systems, and the ability to thrive in a US-shift schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Management**: Generate, manage, and convert leads into confirmed solar installations by providing accurate and persuasive information about products and services.
- **Energy Analysis**: Conduct preliminary energy consumption assessments and provide clients with cost-benefit analyses, including estimated savings.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of market trends, government incentives, and advancements in solar technology to provide the best possible advice.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer queries and concerns regarding system installation, maintenance, and operation.

**Skills and Competencies**
- **Skills**: Strong ability to negotiate, close deals, and meet sales targets.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a US-based clientele.
- **Technical Aptitude**: Ability to explain complex solar energy concepts to non-technical customers.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to work in a US-shift schedule and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
