Customer Service Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Resolve customer complaints** or issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
- Process **orders**, **returns**, and **exchanges** accurately
- Provide product or service information, including details about features, pricing, and availability
- **Track customer feedback** and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery
- Assist in **order processing**, coordinating with relevant departments (e.g., sales, logistics) to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain customer records in the **CRM system**, updating personal information and order details as necessary
- Ensure customers are fully informed of the **status of their orders** or service requests
- **Escalate issues** to senior staff or department heads when necessary
- Contribute to a **positive customer experience**, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint
- **Document customer interactions** and issues in the system for future reference and analysis
- Assist in preparing **customer reports** and **feedback surveys** to help improve services

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Excellent communication skills**, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- **Strong problem-solving skills** and the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work well in a **team environment** as well as independently
- Familiarity with **CRM software** (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple customer inquiries at once
- High level of **attention to detail** and accuracy when processing orders and customer data
- **Empathy** and a positive, friendly attitude when interacting with customers
- **Patience** and **resilience** when handling difficult or irate customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- **Fluency in English** (or additional language skills as needed)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,086.00 - ₹20,769.78 per month
