**Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive**

**Role Overview**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Create and manage high-quality content, including graphics, captions, reels, and more
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on insights
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
- Handle audience engagement, DMs, and comment interactions
- Collaborate with design, content, and paid media teams
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns across social channels

**Skills & Tools Required**:

- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Creative eye for design and storytelling
- Proficiency in tools like:
1. Canva / Adobe Creative Suite
2. Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager
3. Hootsuite / Buffer / Sprout Social
4. Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics
- Understanding of SEO and content planning is a plus

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 1.5 to 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to share ideas and feedback.
- Understanding of SEO and content planning is a plus
