IT Hardware

We are seeking an experienced IT Hardware and Network Technician to oversee and support our organization’s technology needs. The IT Incharge will be responsible for managing daily IT operations, ensuring systems and networks are running smoothly, and providing technical support to staff. This role requires strong technical skills, troubleshooting abilities, and excellent communication to enhance the productivity and security of our IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
System Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and networks.

Technical Support: Provide timely technical support to team members for hardware, software, and network issues remote and on-site.

Network Security: Implement and monitor security measures to protect data, ensuring all IT policies and protocols are followed.

Data Backup and Recovery: Manage regular backups and develop recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.

Software and Hardware Upgrades: Evaluate and manage the installation of hardware, software updates, and patches as needed.

Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory, assets and equipment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
