Ensure compliance with **U.S. accounting standards** and company policies.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and collection processes.

Generate periodic reports on AR status and aging.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

**Experience**:
1-3 years of experience in U.S. accounting and AR billing.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must.
