This role involves conducting market surveys, field investigations, gathering critical information and providing insights related to counterfeit activities and infringements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough field verifications to gather evidence of counterfeit goods, trademark infringements and other market survey related activities.
- Utilize various techniques and tools to collect accurate data from the field.
- Work closely with other members of investigation teams to report findings and support legal actions.
- Prepare detailed reports of investigations, including photographic evidence and all-inclusive descriptions of the situation.
- Maintain the confidentiality of all investigations and adhere to ethical and legal standards at all times.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in field investigation and brand protection.

**Qualifications**:

- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in any field. Degrees in Criminology, Law, or related disciplines are a plus.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Energetic, curious and eager to learn new skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Comfortable with traveling and working in different environments.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
- Own vehicle to commute.
