**Roles & Responsibility**
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Foster a creative and stimulating classroom environment that promotes inquiry and learning.
- Develop lesson plans and assessment tools to evaluate student progress.
- Encourage students to express themselves through discussions, debates, writing assignments, and literary analysis.
- Provide individual guidance and support to students as needed.
- Maintain academic records, prepare report cards, and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
- Coordinate with fellow teachers to integrate cross-disciplinary themes.
- Organize and participate in literary activities, clubs, and competitions.
- Stay updated with modern teaching strategies and CBSE guidelines.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Postgraduate degree (MA/M.A.) in English.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Thorough knowledge of CBSE curriculum and exam patterns.
- Proficient in lesson planning, evaluation techniques, and digital teaching tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
