Client Engagement Executive

**Role Overview**:
**Location: Chromepet,Chennai**
**Must Have:Exposure to Signage Industry**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the **main liaison between clients and internal teams** (design, production, installation, logistics).
- **Understand client requirements** and provide appropriate signage solutions.
- **Prepare proposals, quotations,**and timelines in coordination with relevant departments.
- **Manage end-to-end project execution,** from briefing to final delivery and installation.
- **Ensure timely updates and smooth communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.**:
- **Maintain long-term client relationships** by delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.
- **Coordinate with vendors and partners**, if needed, for outsourcing or large-scale implementations.
- **Maintain records of client communications**, approvals, and project milestones.
- **Stay updated on industry trends**, materials, and innovations in signage and branding.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- **Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing, in signage**:
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:
- **Strong project management and organizational skills.**:
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Energetic, proactive, and client-focused with a solution-oriented mindset.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
