**_Job description_**

**_We are looking for a designer, who have 0-1 year’s knowledge in web and digital graphic designing. You are responsible for producing content that matches the company’s brand and marketing strategy, including social media graphics, website banners, and promotional artwork and conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites. You will be working closely with our web development team to ensure proper and hassle-free implementation._**

**_Responsibilities_**
- _Understanding project requirements and ideas._
- _Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop._
- _Producing logos, banners, and interfaces._
- _Pitching creative concepts._
- _Testing and improving the design of the website._
- _Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices._
- _Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards._
- _Working with developers and designers to create a design strategy._
- _Selecting and editing images for websites._
- _Choosing fonts and color schemes for websites._
- _Testing sites to ensure that they are working correctly._
- _Keeping abreast of image editing software innovations._
- _Collaborating with the marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards._
- _Designing sample pages including colors and fonts._
- _Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure._
- _Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary_.

**_Requirements_**
- _0-1 years’ experience_
- _Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design._
- _Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign Quark, and other visual design tools._
- _Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript._
- _Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio._
- _A strong eye for visual composition._
- _Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines._
- _A talent for creativity and problem-solving._
- _Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies._
- _Good understanding of search engine optimization principles._
- _Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues._
