**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that day to day operations are managed as under

a. TAT of transactions
b. Number of Errors to be negligible
c. Timely & accurate Reporting / Management Information analysis - For Clients, Regulators, Management
- Ensure Relationship Management with Investors, Regulators & Internal Stakeholders. Responsible for following:
a. Number of Escalations/tickets
b. Client/broker’s feedback based on service and system
c. Prompt qualitative response to query from Client/ Broker
d. Manage Dash board of activities in time & take corrective action based on it
- Performing work to help writing the business requirements for software development.
- To analysis the system and identify the glitch /logic and reslove with 360*apporach
- Completing the quality assurance/testing of the work done by the software development team
- Assisting the operations team in day-to-day functions
- Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Establish active communication and engagement with AMC/exchanges.
- Stay up to date with important notices from BSE & NSE, RBI and communicate with the team/stake holders.
- Responsible to timely calculation of Mutual Fund receivable & Payable and obtain proper information of data with AMC/exchange.
- Completing empanelment procedure with AMC
- Team Management Ensure Learning Initiatives, Adherence to discipline, punctuality and compliance by the team & Attrition Management
- Optimizing operational costs, time effectiveness of task and response from team.
- Ensuring quality standards for phone calls are met with brokers/branch/clients.

**Qualification**:

- Graduate,MBA in Finance.

**Experience**:

- 2-4 years.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
