**Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Support**:

- Manage and organize the daily schedules and appointments for senior management.
- Draft, proofread, and finalize correspondence, reports, and presentations.

**2. Coordination**:

- Arrange meetings, conferences, and travel plans, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Act as a liaison between the senior management and internal/external stakeholders.

**3. Office Management**:

- Maintain a well-organized filing system for records, documents, and reports.
- Ensure smooth office operations by coordinating with various departments.

**4. Communication Management**:

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

**5. Project Assistance**:

- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring key projects and initiatives.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.

**Required Skills and QualificationsTechnical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Knowledge of scheduling and task management tools is a plus.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

**Eligibility**:

- MBA or B.Tech graduate from a recognized institution.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience as a secretary, executive assistant, or in a similar role.
