Key Responsibilities:

- **Outbound Calling**:

- Make calls to potential customers (leads) to promote products or services.

- **Inbound Calling**:

- Handle inbound calls from customers regarding product or service information, complaints, and inquiries.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with product troubleshooting or guide customers in making purchases.
- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls or sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build rapport with customers, creating a positive experience.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Keep customer records up to date in the CRM system.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide product or service-related advice to customers.
- **Reporting**:

- Record details of calls, complaints, and inquiries.
- Report on sales progress, customer feedback, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with management to improve the calling strategy and scripts.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work with team members to achieve departmental or organizational goals.
- Participate in training programs to improve knowledge of products and services.
