Urgent hiring for Qualified Company Secretary at Andheri

Job Description:
- **Company Secretary and Compliance Officer** of the company shall include:
1. Carrying out Compliances relating activities pursuant to Listing Agreement of Stock Exchanges.
2. Preparation of Board Meeting and General Meeting Resolutions and Preparation of Board Meeting and General Meeting Minutes from time to time.
3. Filing of various forms with Registrar of Companies pertaining to Compliance relating to Companies Act,2013.
4. Coordinating with Registrar & Transfer Agent as and when required.
5. Compliances under the Companies Act, 1956 & now under 2013 Act with respect to various filings
6. Compliance of provisions relating to Section 297
7. Drafting and finalization of Directors Report and AGM/EGM Notices
8. Maintenance and updating of various registers/records under Companies Act, 2013
9. Ensures that legal documents and contracts are legally sufficient, complete, and compliant with company policies and statutory requirements.
10. Compliances with respect to Dematerialisation of shares
11. Liaising activity with governmental authorities
12. Responsible to provide administrative support to Management about the compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
