Builddrite Studio Pvt Ltd is a design-centric construction company delivering premium residential and commercial projects with 100% transparency and quality. We are expanding our technical team and looking for a skilled **Draughtsman** who can handle both architectural and interior drawings.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft **floor plans, elevations, and sections** for residential/commercial projects.
- Prepare **structural coordination drawings** (columns, beams, footing layouts).
- Work on **interior 2D drawings** - furniture layouts, false ceiling, electrical, tiling, joinery details.
- Support **municipal/approval drawings** as per Chennai/DTCP/CMDA standards.
- Incorporate design markups from architects/interior designers quickly and accurately.
- Coordinate with site engineers to provide updated drawings for execution.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years’ experience** as a Draughtsman.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory).
- Exposure to **interior detailing** (wardrobes, kitchens, furniture layouts).
- Knowledge of approval drawings and construction drawings.
- Ability to take site measurements and prepare as-built drawings.
- Familiarity with SketchUp/Revit (added advantage).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timelines.
