**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manage receipts from production in SAP and ensure accurate stock postings.
- Create Delivery Notes from Sales Orders in SAP.
- Coordinate and supervise panel packing processes to ensure safe transit.
- Arrange vehicles for dispatches as per schedule and panel size.
- Obtain quotations from at least 3 logistics vendors to ensure cost-effective transportation.
- Prepare and manage Lorry Receipts (LR) and other dispatch documents.
- Ensure logistics approvals are obtained as per organizational policy.
- Track vehicle movement to ensure timely and safe delivery of panels from the Mindra EV premises.
- Coordinate panel unloading arrangements at the destination site.
- Collect and file Proof of Delivery (POD) for all dispatched goods.
- Inform customers promptly about dispatch details including ETA, tracking, and delivery confirmation.
