**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for animations, illustrations, 3D models, and real picture editing projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create high-quality animations for various purposes, including but not limited to: explainer videos, motion graphics, and interactive presentations.
- Produce detailed illustrations and artwork for print and digital media, incorporating client feedback and brand guidelines.
- Edit and enhance real pictures using advanced techniques to achieve desired visual effects.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in animation, illustration, 3D modelling, and real picture editing.
- Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices and techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a graphic designer with a focus on animations, illustrations, 3D modelling, and real picture editing.
- Extensive portfolio showcasing proficiency in animation, illustration, 3D modelling, and real picture editing.
- Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, composition, colour theory, and typography.
- Excellent knowledge of animation principles and techniques, including timing, pacing, and storytelling.
- Ability to create 3D models and renderings with attention to detail and realism.
- Experience with real picture editing techniques, including photo manipulation, compositing, and retouching.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Pay**: 15,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
