**Stipend**: 4,500 & 7,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**:

- Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality videos for various platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Trim footage, add transitions, and synchronize video with music or voiceovers.
- **Motion Graphics and Effects**:

- Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
- Create dynamic intros and outros for videos.
- **Content Customization**:

- Adapt video content for different social media platforms, adhering to their specific dimensions and guidelines.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to align video content with the brand’s message and campaigns.
- **Creative Input**:

- Provide innovative ideas to improve storytelling and visual impact.
- **Organization**:

- Maintain organized project files and follow the naming and archiving standards for easy retrieval.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with motion graphics tools like After Effects is a plus.
- A creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of social media trends and video formats.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of color grading and sound design.
- Experience with animation tools like Canva or Blender is a bonus.
- Understanding of storytelling techniques and pacing in video editing.
